Please read below to make sure your order is eligible for return. To be fair to all our customers, we cannot make ANY exceptions!
Unfortunately, no refunds will be made. We ONLY accept returns for store credit. For returns, please read and follow the instructions below:
Return requests are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery date (according to tracking records).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, tags attached (if any), and odorless. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items excluded from returns include:
1. Sale Items/Items purchased during a major sale event with a sale event promo-code. A few of the sales include, but not limited to are: weekend sales, blowout sales, hump-day sales, $5, $10, $15 sale items.
2. Accessories (ie. bodychains, necklaces, bracelets, rings, belts, etc.)
If your order is still eligible for return after reading the details above, please follow the directions below to continue with the return:

-Full name on the order
-Items you would like to return
Please allow 3 - 4 business days for a response. Once we approve your request, we will send over instructions on how to go forward with the return.
*PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Once clothing is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive an giftcard via email with the total amount spent on the return item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not allow any sort of refunds, only store credit.
To be approved, the request must be made within' 24 hours of the purchase. However, please note, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Some days our shipping department works quicker than others, so your order may already be processing or fully processed.
If approved, please note there is a $10 processing/restocking/refund fee on orders up to $50 and a 20% processing/restocking/refund fee for refunds over $50. You may also choose to receive store credit for the full amount of your purchase instead of a refund. To continue with a request to cancel your order and get a refunded via store credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
