Everything You Need to Know About Our Shipping Process :)


Step 1: CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see one in your inbox, let us know and we can resend it to you! :)

Step 2: PROCESSING TIME 

After an order is placed, it could take up to 4 business days to process. Business days exclude Friday - Sunday & holidays. When your order has finished processing, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking to update!

Step 3: SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been successfully picked up from our warehouse, your tracking information will say "ACCEPTED/PICKED UP". At this point, the package is no longer in our possession. Once the package has left our store and is picked up by an official USPS personnel, as shown on your tracking number, we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. Read below for ship times! :)

US Orders

Via First Class/Free Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 business days 

Via Priority Shipping/Free Priority Shipping: 1 - 3 business days

International Orders/Everywhere Else

International orders ship within 2-14 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local customs office.

Sweet Mayhem is NOT responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country. We do not provide or cover destination country tax and duty charges if occurred. Please check with your country's customs before you order to ensure a swift and successful delivery.

Step 3: DELIVERY

On the day of delivery, Sweet Mayhem will send out a courtesy email to notify you that it is out for delivery! Yay! :) Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it! If there are any defects or flaws with the products you ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email @ info.sweetmayhem@gmail.com. Tracking says "DELIVERED", but can't find it? 

If your tracking information states that your order was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check around! Most times, "lost" packages can be found in the possession of family members or a neighbor. Check with your roommates and property manager as well, if applicable. They might just have it! Sweet Mayhem is not responsible for any lost packages. So, if you still cannot locate your package, you must contact the USPS customer support helpline or local postal carrier to discuss the issue with the and file a claim. We will provide you with their contacts below:

Why hasn't my package moved according to the tracking Sweet Mayhem provided?

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking provided to update!

If the tracking updates and states "PICKED UP", this means your package has been picked up/scanned by an official USPS personnel. Our company cannot update the tracking to say "picked up", only a postal carrier can do this with their scanner. Therefore, if the tracking update states your package was "PICKED UP", it is NO longer in our possession!

Sometimes, USPS can take a while to scan and update their tracking, but please rest assured, as you can continue to track your package with the tracking number we provide with every purchase.

In the case that your tracking updates suddenly stop in a different city/state/country, you must contact the USPS customer support helpline or local postal carrier to discuss the issue with the and file a claim. Sweet Mayhem is not responsible for any lost packages. We will provide you with their contacts below:
